Personality: From a glance many would just label him as your regular class clown, and that's actually true. He thrives on comedy and entertainment, and would like nothing more than to run to the front of class, pull down his pants and moon the teacher in the face before making a run for it. From a physical point of view he would be considered the male equivalent of a ganguro girl with his dark skin and sunbleached hair due to excessive time spent outside. Despite possessing a high learning curve the boy doesn't do well academically due to his painful disregard for higher education. When it comes to exams, he'll only study as much as it is required to barely pass and is content to stay in the low-grade classes. Family Tetsu hails from a family of important politicians, a profession and responsibility he absolutely detests and tries as hard as possible to run away from. In his opinion, his family members (Mom, Dad and two younger brothers) are boring, insufferable beings without a shred of humour or honour in them. Because of his constant loathing he moved out of their huge mansion at the age of 14 to stay alone at an apartment near Ouran High, preferring to work on his own to get money. Having moved out at such a young age, it was rough getting much money in, and often starved days on end when nobody hired him. The family servants often visited him at his apartment and would have money and food ready at his doorstep everytime he refused their presence. After much coercing his father finally struck a deal with the boy, saying that he could stay separately(in a more decent place nearer to home) and not be bothered, as long as he went to Ouran High as a full time student and stayed out of trouble (read: didn't put his family in a bad light). At most, monitoring would only be done through report cards and attendance.

Fears He doesn't admit it openly, but he's been claustrophobic eversince he was a child. The worst memory relating to this would have to be the time when he fell into a well and was only rescued hours later. He was only 7 years old.

Personal Activities Performs le parkour around secluded school areas in the evenings when the number of students and higher-ups are at a low, or when he thinks no one's looking. It's been a passion of his eversince learning it with a group of gymnasts he got to know on the streets, and every now and then joins them on le parkour sessions in the city. During the early rough period of living on his own, things were so bad that Tetsu decided that he'd have to get money one way or another. He decided to try as a host for a small joint downtown with a fake ID and got the job easily with his looks and natural charm. From then on the money came easily, but he made sure that none of his family members knew of this.

Relationships Not caring for a person's gender when it comes to romantic inclinations, the boy is quite a bit of a womaniser with his carefree ways. He knows his simple charm turns alot of women and men on and isn't afraid to use them to his advantage. Throughout his life he's only ever had one serious relationship, and this was with one of his customers named Suzuki Yukiko during his short spell as a host. The torrid love affair only lasted a couple of months with the preschool teacher before the manager found out and fired him under breach of contract. Being young and in love, Tetsu was fairly serious about continuing the relationship and was even happy at the fact he got thrown out. In the end it was revealed that Yukiko was married and not willing to sacrifice as much as he had, and left him with a shattered heart.
