Personality: If you were to use a single word to describe Rylee, it would be ‘indifferent’. Rylee enjoys observing others but she would rather not get involved unless it concerns/interests her in some way. She is in no way, gregarious, save for when she is dancing at night clubs, the only physical activity she enjoys. Rylee does however have her bad days and if she has missed too many smoke breaks she can be easily irritated and rather snappy.

Rylee Foss has a pretty face, but don’t believe it for a second. It is merely a façade for what she has really is. She is more street smart than book smart and she isn’t always ‘at home’, if you know what I mean. Not to say that Rylee isn’t smart enough to pass all her classes with B’s, its just that class is always much more interesting when your classmates look like aliens from planet Bazoonkadoink, therefore, Rylee has no qualms about going to school stoned, high or somewhat drunk. Upon entering Ouran, she had to cut down considerably because of the strict rules which in turn causes her to be more confrontational than she usually is. As a rule, she knows when to shut up but every now and then she can get carried away.

Other Information: Other Information: Rylee is the bastard child of a Japanese woman and an American man who was stationed at military base in Japan for several years. This would explain her naturally light brown hair. She was named by her father shortly before he returned to America. She spent several years being raised on the base before she and her mother moved to a small rundown two bedroom housing unit. She is proficient in English and knows basic German due to her upbringing.

Rylee’s mother works a lot so they don’t see each other very often which is why Rylee is mostly independent. Her mother’s work is questionable and sometimes she brings it home. A few incidents with her monther’s line of work caused Rylee’s fear of being arrested for making moves on underage boys.

She works as a cashier to support her drug and alcohol habits while a monthly check from her father (no return address) pays for Rylee’s and her mother’s basic necessities including her cell phone bill.

Because of her mother’s job, she has a lot of practice fending off dirty (old) men. Any advance from someone she deems ugly or too old usually warrants a cold shoulder and if it becomes too obnoxious, she’s not above slapping an aggressor in the face or dumping a drink on him. Rylee is not really interested in finding a boyfriend although she doesn’t mind window shopping or having a fun one night stand as long as she’s getting something in return. Having ‘friends with benefits’ is not a problem either. She has no qualms about receiving gifts from the wealthy club goers who attempt to woo her with expensive clothing and jewelry.
