Patron Profile: Sora Flin
My
Bio
Patron Name: Sora Flin (Her mother's weird, so it's
actually pronounced "Sew-rah Flen" instead of "Sore-ah
Flynn". )
Birthday: Febuary 21
Astrological Sign: Pisces
Blood Type: O-
Age: 18
Height: 5'5"
Build: Sora’s actually of average weight for her
height, but because of her haphazard appearance, her build is more like
that of a weed. She does a little jogging every time she approaches almost
leaving the average weight range, if she can be bothered, but she doesn’t
need to much because hangovers are generally good for losing a bit of
weight. Even if they’re not good for your health.
Likes: Fine wine (wine in general), reading, sleeping,
not doing very much at all and the occasional smoke. She also loves the
idea of a guy falling madly in love with her, but it’s merely a
delusion that will most likely never happen.
Dislikes: People. Everyone in general actually. Cleanliness
is also her worst enemy. Anyone who threatens her unhygienic empire is
an enemy. Sora’s relationships with people are made on a basis of
how much she has to see them- if it’s rarely, she hates them and
they can go away. If it’s often, she hates them, but she copes.
Sometimes she might actually make a friend she can converse/go drinking
with. Though in general, Sora hates little distractions, like mobile phones,
movies, etc.
Personality: Sora is a slob. A huge one. And she doesn’t
like anyone threatening her status as one. As a young alcoholic (she can
legally drink, though most people would dispute she should), Sora refuses
to admit that she could be living a better lifestyle. Sora can drink large
quantities of alcohol. She has an uncanny knack for being lucky with things
too, like in flipping a coin or card games. Sora doesn’t like to
do things herself, choosing the easy way every time (even if it means
hurting herself), and if she can get someone else to do it, she’s
extremely impatient. She loves alcohol. It’s a past time. She’s
recently begun smoking too. At all times, if there is any mention of ‘cleaning’,
Sora is out of the room as faster than you can say the word. She’s
off in her own little world most of the time anyway, preferring to make
do with what she’s got then go off and get annoying little distractions
(like mobile phones, or movies, etc.). Sora’s also highly intelligent,
though no-one would ever know it.

(and more notes that are important to Miss Flin)
Sora’s mother used to travel around a lot, and one day found herself
in merry old England. There, she met the supposed ‘love of her life’
at a book shop – the Irish owner of the shop, and they got married,
moving back to Sora’s mother’s home of Japan.
However, Sora’s mother wasn’t to bright. She had a tendency
to see only the good in people and failed to see the blatant flaws in
her husband’s personality- he was a drunk, he hated all her friends,
and he didn’t do ANY work. What’s more, he didn’t understand
Japanese, and being away from his books written in English bothered him.
So, he filed for a divorce and ran back to England and his friends that
he had left behind there. What he didn’t know was that his ex-wife
was pregnant.
9 months later, Sora was born.
It wasn’t long before her mother discovered she was extremely
intelligent, and decided that she should be a politician. Always wanting
to please, Sora went along with this. They moved to Tokyo so they could
be closer to the capital, where Sora began school at Mori (I will note
at this point I have no clue where Mori IS). Her mother even sought for
a pet to keep Sora company and sane, and Abbey was more than a great pet
(a mouse, how appropriate).
Soon Sora’s mother met her second husband, a handsome lawyer who
moved to Tokyo from Korea, and they had their ‘perfect son’
to match the goody-two-shoes daughter.
Then Sora reached the end of her middle schooling. She was introduced
to partying, boys, and… Alcohol. However young she was.
Being the lovely teenager she was, Sora began to see how imperfect everything
was. She became a rebel. She drunk more. Then she couldn’t be bothered
rebelling. The once perfect girl became lazier and more unhygienic every
day.
After a long night of drinking, and drunken discussion, it occurred
to Sora that she didn’t seem to have a father (it took 15 years
for this fact to dawn on her). She sought answers from her mother, and
found out about before she was born. Sora asked about what her father
was like and was shocked to discover that her mother was almost describing
Sora herself, and that she had inherited her father’s hair colour
(and style to some extent) and nose. Sora decided that one day she would
make sure to get her father to come visit her (not the other way around,
that would involve travelling).
Sora began to float away from her family, except for her mother who
had an iron clad grip on her, and Abbey, who was still her ever faithful
friend despite being a mouse. Her mother insisted that if she was to become
the head of the country one day, she would have to get a job and show
she was capable.
So reluctantly, Sora took a job at Blievoi’s, a Russian restaurant.
The only reason she could keep it was because of constant nagging from
her mother at the restaurant’s owner, otherwise Sora would have
been fired on the spot from horrible customer relationship skills.
When Mori was destroyed in an accident, Sora was overjoyed. Only to
find out she was to be transferred to Ouran High School. This was not
so good.
What did make her a little happier to go – the guy she’d had
a crush on for years was actually going to be a ‘host’.
Biggest Secret
Sora used to be the world’s biggest goody-two-shoes. Her first drink
of alcohol kind of turned her, and she prefers to forget about being so
good and wholesome. However, her younger side still plays a part in her
life, and deep down, Sora would be truly honoured to be the head of Japan.
Not that she’d show it.
More: On relationships with her family- Sora doesn’t
really like her mother, who insists on believing that Sora is still the
light of the world. Her little brother scares her, as he’s a pyro
and does things like pull the wings off insects. She’s never met
her father, but from what she’s heard, she’s become a lot
like him.
