Host Profile: Haruhi Fujioka
Name:
Haruhi Fujioka
Birthday: February 4th
Astrological Sign: Aquarius
Blood Type: O
Age: 15
Height: 5'
Build: Thin
Likes:Sushi, ramen, strawberries, cooking, food in general,
family, peace and quiet
Dislikes: Debt, male chauvinism, thunder storms, wasting
money
Personality: Brutally honest and to the point, Haruhi
has a tendency to speak her mind, but because she is generally well-intentioned,
her words carry little to no malice. People seem to find her honest observations
“cute” rather than insulting. She has a knack for picking up on people’s
true motives and natures. She is not terribly social and, until she was
forced to join the Host Club, had made no friends at her new school. She’s
extremely independent and driven, but has some difficulty allowing herself
to lean on others. She has occasionally been called “insensitive,” but
“tolerant” might be a better word. It takes a lot to phase her.

My Background
Classification: Student
School: Ouran High School
Grade: 1st year
Class: A
Favorite Subject: English and History
Clubs & Activities: Host Club
My Designated Host: Ha!
Other Information:Haruhi’s mother died when she was very
young, and, because of that, she had to grow up quickly. She lives in
a small apartment with her father, a bisexual cross-dresser, and is in
many ways the parent in their relationship. She is extremely smart and
hard working and has managed to make it into Ouran as part of their scholarship
program. A short time after starting at Ouran, Haruhi found herself in
a rather difficult situation. She broke a ridiculously expensive vase
belonging to the Host Club. At first mistaken for a boy, they made her
their indentured servant and later a full-fledged member of the club.
She was told that if she could gain 1000 patrons by the time she graduated,
her debt would be expunged. Of course, a girl cannot be a host, so her
true gender must be concealed from the rest of the school. Haruhi is not
particularly concerned with appearances or traditional gender roles and
sees a lot of the Host Club’s activities as frivolous if not completely
absurd. She is not materialistic, which makes her life in this super-rich
school all the more unusual. Her biggest weakness is delicious food. She
won’t admit it, but she has grown to genuinely care for her fellow Host
Club members, even if they drive her nuts most of the time
